(a) No person shall stand in or on the paved portion of any street or within ten (10) feet of any such paved portion of any such street in Hilshire Village, for the purpose of soliciting a ride, employment, or business from any occupant of any vehicle being operated along such street. (Ordinance 178, adopted 2/15/72, Section 1) (b) Each person violating any provision of this article shall be, upon conviction, fined as provided for in the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this code. |
