Article 3.500. BUILDING INSPECTION FEE  

(a)

Fees are as provided for in the fee schedule found in the appendix of this code.

(b)

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined as provided for in the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this Code. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
