Article 10.300. TRUCKS ON STREETS PROHIBITED  

(a)

No truck, tractor, semi-trailer, or commercial vehicle, or other motor vehicle in excess of three-fourths (¾ths) ton rated carrying capacity shall be operated upon any public street in this village; provided that no such vehicle shall be prohibited from using any street for the purpose of going directly to or from any residential, commercial, or industrial establishment within this village.

(b)

The city marshal is authorized to install appropriate signs upon every street or portion thereof upon which such vehicles are prohibited.

(c)

Each violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine as provided for in the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this Code.
