Each person subpoenaed to appear as a witness to testify in each case pending before the corporation court, shall be allowed a fee of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each day actually attended, and a mileage fee of six cents per mile traveled going to and returning from the court, to be taxed and collected as costs.
