§ 1.300. Fees for Response to Alarms by Police and Fire Department

Latest version.

(a)

$50.00 for each response by the police department to an alarm site as a result of a false alarm by a burglar alarm system or notification of activation of an alarm by a burglar alarm protection service in excess of five (5) false alarms during any twelve month period.

(b)

$50.00 for each response by the fire department to an alarm site as a result of a false alarm by a fire alarm system or notification of activation of an alarm by a fire alarm protection service in excess of five (5) false alarms during any twelve month period.
